TASTING
NOTE: Fermented in Allier French oak barrels, the wine lees were
overturned daily in the beginning and later on a weekly basis.
It has remained in the barrel together with its lees for 8
months.
Golden yellow colour with amber glints.
On the nose it is clean and big, with toasted aromas and ripen
fruit with hints of box tree.
On the palate it is specially notable due to its structure,
balance and smoothness. It is an almost creamy wine with a
long aftertaste with hints of vanilla and balsam coming through
MATCHING: Fish,
baby lamb, Iberian ham and cheese.
