Grape Variety: 100% Verdejo
Tasting note Vinified entirely from verdejo grape variety following the Champanoise vinification. Pale yellow colour, bright with a delicate and well structured bubbles. Delicate fruity aromas with balsamic hints and pleasant ageing aromas coming through. On the palate it is tasty and fresh, very elegant, with a long finish. Matching Baby lamb, warm salads or as an apertif. Serving temperature: 6-8 ºC Label
