Vinified entirely from Verdejo grapes with an average age of 35 years old coming from the State "Pago de las Cuatro Rayas" which belongs to four of the DO Rueda muncipalties as La Seca, Rueda, Rodilana and Medina del Campo, wellknown due to the hight level quality of its vines.

Tasting note

Stainless steel vats fermented using native yeasts and lees stirring for a minimum of 3 months.
Fermentation temperature: 15ºC.
Fermentation period: 21 days.
Cool maceration: 12 hours, 6ºC.

Pale yellow colour with green glints. Intense lemon zest and minerals on the nose, with ripen apple and peach notes arriving with air. On the palate the wine offers an energetic melange of fruits and minerals and finishes clean, brisk and refreshingly bitter.


Matching

This is an ideal wine to serve with raw clams or any kind of seafood or fresh fish.
